איך פותחים חשבון WhatsApp Business API דרך Meta Business Manager

פתיחת חשבון הודעות ל-WhatsApp עוברת דרך Meta Business Manager, והיא מורכבת מ-7 שלבים שצריך לעשות לפי הסדר. בסוף התהליך יש ביד ארבעה ערכים: App ID, Phone number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID וטוקן קבוע. עם ארבעת אלה מחברים את החשבון לכל מערכת שמנהלת את ההודעות.

ההקמה עצמה לוקחת בערך שעה. מה שלוקח יותר זמן זה האימות של מטא מול האתר ומסמכי החברה, ואי אפשר לזרז אותו. לכן כדאי להכין את החומרים מראש.

מה צריך להכין לפני שמתחילים

חמישה דברים, וכדאי שכולם יהיו מוכנים לפני הצעד הראשון. חוסר באחד מהם עוצר את התהליך באמצע.

  1. אתר אינטרנט פעיל ב-https, פתוח לגלישה מארה"ב. באתר צריכים להופיע שם החברה, כתובת ותיאור קצר של תחום הפעילות. מטא בודקת את האתר מחוץ לישראל, ואתר שחסום לגלישה מהחוץ לא יעבור את הבדיקה, לרוב בלי הודעת שגיאה מפורטת.
  2. פרופיל פייסבוק אישי פעיל ובשימוש שוטף של מי שמקים את החשבון. מטא מסתכלת כאן על הפרופיל הפרטי, גם למי שיש דף עסקי.
  3. גישה ל-Business Manager הארגוני. אם עוד אין לכם, אפשר ליצור אחד בחינם מתוך אותו פרופיל.
  4. מספר טלפון ייעודי לשירות, נייד או קווי, שלא היה מותקן עליו וואטסאפ אף פעם. הוא צריך לקבל SMS או שיחה קולית בזמן ההקמה. מספר קווי שעונה עם נתב שיחות לא יעבוד, אבל אפשר להגדיר עליו עקוב אחרי.
  5. כרטיס אשראי להזנה בממשק. מטא גובה לפי תעבורת ההודעות מהרגע שהחשבון פעיל.
הערה על צילומי המסך: מטא מציגה גרסאות ממשק שונות למשתמשים שונים, אז יכולים להיות הבדלים קטנים בין מה שאתם רואים למה שמופיע כאן. סדר הפעולות והשמות של השדות זהים.

1פרטי העסק ב-Business Manager

נכנסים לפרופיל הפייסבוק שמאפשר גישה ל-Business Manager של החברה, ומשם ל-business.facebook.com/settings.

פותחים את לשונית Business Info ומוודאים שכל הפרטים מוזנים. אם השדות ריקים, ממלאים אותם עכשיו. מטא משווה בהמשך בין מה שכתוב כאן לבין מה שמופיע באתר, וכל פער מעכב את האימות.

  1. 1השם המלא של החברה, בדיוק כפי שהוא מופיע בתעודת ההתאגדות או בתעודת עוסק מורשה. מטא מקבלת כאן גם עברית וגם אנגלית. אם החברה רשומה בשתי הצורות, הזינו את זו שמופיעה במסמך הרשמי, ודאגו שאותה צורה מופיעה גם באתר.
  2. 2בוחרים Israel מהרשימה.
  3. 3כתובת החברה, אותה כתובת שמופיעה באתר ובדף העסקי. אם יש כמה סניפים, בוחרים אחד ונשארים איתו.
  4. 4מספר טלפון כפי שהוא מופיע באתר. מספרי כוכבית, 1-800 ו-1-700 לא מתקבלים כאן.
  5. 5כתובת האתר ב-https. מטא נותנת לשדה הזה משקל רב בבדיקת האימות, אז כדאי לוודא שהכתובת נכונה ושהאתר עולה.
  6. 6ח.פ. או מספר עוסק מורשה. השדה מסומן כרשות, וכדאי למלא אותו כי הוא עוזר למטא לאמת את העסק מול הרשומות הרשמיות.

2יצירת האפליקציה וחיבור ה-webhook

האפליקציה היא המעטפת שדרכה מטא נותנת גישה ל-API. יוצרים אותה פעם אחת ומשתמשים בה לאורך כל הדרך.

אם אנחנו ב-Automation Flow מקימים לכם את האוטומציה, את החלק הזה אנחנו עושים. את ההתקנה של n8n, את החיבור אליו ואת האוטומציה עצמה אנחנו בונים אצלנו, ולכן אין צורך שתגדירו כאן כלום. מה שצריך מכם:
  1. לדלג מכאן לשלב 3 ולהשלים את המדריך עד הסוף.
  2. להעביר לנו בסיום את חמשת הערכים שמופיעים בפרק האחרון.
עם הערכים האלה נגדיר את הווב-הוק מהצד שלנו, ולא תצטרכו לחזור לממשק של מטא. ההסבר שממשיך מכאן מיועד למי שמחבר את המערכת בעצמו.

בחלונית שנפתחת ממלאים שני ערכים:

Callback URL הוא הכתובת שאליה מטא תשלח כל הודעה נכנסת. ב-n8n זו כתובת ה-Production URL של צומת Webhook בתוך ה-workflow שמטפל בהודעות. מעתיקים אותה מתוך הצומת. הכתובת חייבת להיות ב-https ונגישה מהאינטרנט, אז workflow שרץ במצב Test לא יעבוד כאן.

Verify token הוא מחרוזת שאתם ממציאים. מטא שולחת אותה חזרה פעם אחת כדי לוודא שהכתובת באמת שלכם. מייצרים מחרוזת אקראית, מדביקים אותה גם כאן וגם בהגדרות הצומת ב-n8n, ושומרים עותק במקום מאובטח. חשוב שהמחרוזת תהיה ייחודית לכם. יש ברשת מדריכים שמציעים טוקן מוכן להעתקה, ועדיף לוותר על זה, כי מי שמכיר את המחרוזת יכול לרשום את עצמו כמאזין לכתובת שלכם.

לוחצים Verify and save. מטא שולחת בקשה לכתובת באותו רגע ומצפה לתשובה נכונה, אז הכתובת חייבת להיות חיה. כתובת זמנית או מקום שמור לא יעברו את הבדיקה. אם n8n לא מחזיר את התשובה הצפויה תוצג שגיאה מיד, ואז כדאי לוודא שה-workflow פעיל ושהמחרוזת זהה בשני הצדדים.

  1. 1לוחצים Add payment method בחלק התחתון של המסך ומזינים פרטי אשראי ופרטים לחשבונית. כדאי לשים לב: ממלאים את הפרטים גם אם בחלק העליון של המסך כבר מופיעים פרטי תשלום. אלה שתי הגדרות נפרדות, וזו נקודה שקל לפספס.

אפשר להשתמש באותם פרטים שכבר מוזנים בחשבון דרך האפשרות Payment Method, או להזין כרטיס חדש דרך Credit Card. אחרי ההזנה נפתחת חלונית פרטי החשבונית.

5יצירת System User

System User הוא משתמש שאינו אדם. הוא קיים כדי להחזיק את הטוקן שהמערכת שלכם משתמשת בו. היתרון: כשעובד עוזב או מחליף סיסמה, החיבור ממשיך לעבוד.

  1. 1שם למשתמש. השם לא משפיע על התפעול, אז כדאי לבחור משהו שמסביר למה הוא משמש, למשל n8n API User.
  2. 2מגדירים אותו כ-Admin. אם הממשק לא מאפשר, בוחרים Employee ומתקדמים.
  3. 3לוחצים Create system user.

6הקצאת הרשאות ל-System User

בשלב הזה יש שלוש הקצאות נפרדות, וכדאי לעבור על כולן לפי הסדר. אם אחת מהן חסרה, הטוקן ייווצר כרגיל אבל יחזיר שגיאת הרשאות בניסיון הראשון לשלוח הודעה, וקשה לאתר את זה בדיעבד.

  1. 1מעתיקים את הטוקן לפני שסוגרים את החלון. מטא לא שומרת אותו, ואין דרך להציג אותו שוב מאוחר יותר. אם החלון נסגר לפני שהספקתם, אפשר לייצר טוקן חדש ולחזור על השלב.

מה יהיה לכם בסוף התהליך

בסוף ההקמה יהיו לכם חמישה ערכים. אלה פרטי החיבור של חשבון ההודעות, וכל מערכת שתנהל את הוואטסאפ תבקש אותם:

  • WhatsApp Business Account ID, המזהה של חשבון הוואטסאפ העסקי
  • Phone Number ID, המזהה של המספר שאימתתם
  • App Secret, המפתח הסודי של האפליקציה
  • App ID, המזהה של האפליקציה שיצרתם
  • הטוקן הקבוע, שמאפשר למערכת להתחבר בשם החשבון

מומלץ לשמור את כולם במקום מאובטח, למשל במנהל סיסמאות ארגוני. בפועל קורה שהפרטים מגיעים בהתחלה בקובץ אקסל או במייל, וזה בסדר כשלב ביניים. כדאי להעביר אותם משם ברגע שההקמה מסתיימת.

שווה לשים לב לטוקן הקבוע במיוחד: הוא מאפשר לשלוח הודעות בשם העסק, והוא נשאר בתוקף עד שמבטלים אותו ידנית מהממשק. לכן נוח לתת גישה אליו רק למי שבאמת עובד מול החיבור.

אם דילגתם על הווב-הוק בשלב 2 כי אנחנו מקימים לכם את האוטומציה, החשבון תקין ומוכן והעבודה שלכם נגמרה כאן. חמשת הערכים שלמעלה זה כל מה שאנחנו צריכים כדי לחבר את המערכת.

השלב הבא הוא תבניות ההודעות. כל הודעה שהעסק יוזם צריכה אישור מראש של מטא, וזה תהליך נפרד עם כללים משלו. נרחיב עליו במדריך נפרד.

כל צילומי המסך במדריך הזה נבנו מחדש ב-HTML. הם מציגים את מבנה המסכים של מטא עם פרטים מוסתרים, כדי שלא יופיעו כאן שמות חשבונות או מזהים של אף אחד.
