CRM Systems

One place where every customer and every deal actually lives.

Most companies do not have a CRM problem. They have four half-CRMs: a spreadsheet the sales team actually trusts, an inbox holding the real history, a system somebody bought and nobody fills in, and the accounting software that alone knows who paid. We pick the platform that fits how you sell, move the real data into it, wire it to everything around it, and build the parts the platform cannot do.

  • A platform chosen against how you sell, not against a feature comparison
  • Data moved out of the spreadsheets and the inbox, deduplicated on the way in
  • monday, HubSpot, Fireberry or Salesforce set up around your real pipeline stages
  • The CRM connected to invoicing, WhatsApp, the website and the ERP
  • Reports a partner will actually open, built on fields people actually fill
  • A CRM built from scratch when configuring an off-the-shelf one would cost more

Choosing one, and when not to switch

The honest answer is often that your current CRM is fine and nobody set it up around your process. Switching platforms is expensive and rarely fixes adoption, so we look first at whether the stages match how deals really move, whether the fields are ones a salesperson can fill in ten seconds, and whether anything is auto-filled at all. When a move is genuinely right, it is usually because the platform cannot model your object at all, or because the licence cost has outgrown the value. We will tell you which of the two you are looking at.

The migration is the project

Everyone underestimates this part. The data lives in three spreadsheets with different column names, half the companies appear twice under slightly different spellings, and the history that matters is in an inbox. We map it, deduplicate it, decide with you what to carry and what to leave behind, and load it in a way you can check row by row. A CRM that opens on day one with wrong data never recovers, because the first person to spot an error stops trusting the whole thing.

Where the CRM stops and we keep building

Every platform has a wall. Quotes that need real pricing logic, a customer portal, an approval chain with conditions, a report the reporting module cannot express. Rather than bending the CRM into a shape it resents, we build that piece properly alongside it and connect the two, so the CRM stays the record of customers and deals and the awkward part lives where it belongs.

Questions we get asked

We already have a CRM and nobody uses it. Do we start over?

Usually not. Low adoption is almost always a setup problem rather than a platform problem: stages that do not match how deals move, too many required fields, and nothing filled in automatically. Fixing that is cheaper and faster than a migration, and if it does not work you have lost weeks instead of months.

Which CRM do you recommend?

It depends on what you sell and who has to live in it. monday suits teams that want to shape their own process and already work there. HubSpot suits companies where marketing and sales share a pipeline. Fireberry is strong for Israeli SMBs that want Hebrew and local invoicing out of the box. Salesforce earns its cost at real complexity and rarely below it. We will say which one we think fits and why, including when the answer is the one you already own.

Can you move our data out of spreadsheets?

Yes, and that is normally where most of the work sits. You get to see the mapping before anything loads, and a report of what was merged, what was skipped and why, so the result is checkable rather than something you have to take on trust.

How long does a CRM project take?

A setup and migration on an existing platform is usually 3 to 6 weeks. Building a custom one is a different size of project and belongs with our web application work. Either way you see something real and usable in the first couple of weeks rather than at the end.
