What the work actually produced

Four clients, what we built for each, and the numbers that came out. Every figure here is one the client can confirm, and every system is still running.

Windmill GrowthGo to market · AI outreach

Windmill Growth

35 meetings in the first month, from a pipeline that runs itself.

Windmill Growth is a B2B growth agency, which means their own pipeline competes for time with every client they serve. Sales research is the part that always loses. We built an outreach engine that finds the right companies, works out who to talk to, writes the first message and sends it, so the pipeline keeps filling on the weeks nobody has time to fill it.

In numbers

  • 35 meetings booked in the first month
  • $24K in direct revenue
  • Outreach running end to end with no one driving it
Paz GroupReal estate · AI appraisal

Paz Group

A 40-hour appraisal report, cut to 20.

Paz Economics & Engineering is one of the largest real estate appraisal firms in Israel, producing the formal reports that sit under urban renewal projects, evacuation-construction deals, land authority tenders and buyer groups. Each report took around 40 hours, much of it spent assembling legal and proprietary information by hand, and every appraiser assembled it slightly differently.

In numbers

  • Work effort per report cut by 50%
  • The same structure and depth from every appraiser
  • Live progress tracking across the whole team
Sofrin & BacharFinance · AI reporting

Sofrin & Bachar

Over $100K in billing gaps, found by a system nobody has to run.

Sofrin & Bachar is a CPA firm. Like most accounting practices, they were excellent at their clients' numbers and had almost no live view of their own: which clients had drifted out of collection, and which ones were costing more to serve than they paid. Both answers existed inside their Priority ERP already. Nobody had the hours to go and assemble them.

In numbers

  • Over $100K in billing gaps identified
  • Monthly alerts on overdue collection, sent automatically
  • A profitability verdict per client, every quarter
SaleUpOperations · Make to n8n migration

SaleUp

Every incident gone, and 15 hours a week back.

SaleUp runs lead routing at a volume that had outgrown the tool doing it. Their automation lived in Make.com, spread across scenarios that had been added one at a time, and it was failing often enough that somebody was always fixing something. We moved the whole thing onto n8n and rebuilt it as one system rather than a pile of scenarios.

In numbers

  • 100,000+ automated messages a month
  • 15+ hours a week no longer spent firefighting
  • Every prior incident eliminated
