The store keeps working while you sleep.

A catalogue of ten thousand products is ten thousand descriptions to write, translate and keep accurate, with a supplier feed changing underneath it every week. We build the systems that write and refresh those pages, and that answer the order and return questions landing at 2am. Stock and competitor pricing sit under watch in the background, so a line running out shows up as a warning while there is still time to act.

  • Product pages written and refreshed on their own, in any language
  • A service agent handling orders and returns around the clock
  • Recommendations tuned to each shopper in real time
  • Stock and supplier alerts before a line sells out
  • A catalogue that cleans and enriches itself from supplier data
  • Competitor pricing tracked, with a response ready

Ten thousand products, one team

A catalogue grows faster than the people describing it. Every new supplier feed brings items with a title, a part number and a paragraph written by someone in another country. Turning that into a page that reads well and ranks is real work, repeated thousands of times. We build the system that writes those pages, keeps them matched to the current feed, and rewrites them when the source data moves.

The 2am shift

Most of the questions arriving overnight have the same shape: where is my order, can I return this, does it come in another size. An agent wired into the order system and the returns policy answers those from the real record. Anything it can't settle goes to the morning team with the conversation and the order already attached, so nobody starts from scratch.

Watching stock and the competition

Selling something you can't ship costs more than the margin on it. The system watches stock levels against actual sales velocity and raises a warning while reordering is still possible. It also tracks competitor pricing on the lines that matter, so a price move shows up as an alert with a suggested response rather than as a dip in this month's numbers.

Where we would start in your office

The first build is the alerting layer over orders and inventory. Most retail operations already know what they want to be told and have nowhere for it to be told from: a payment that failed quietly, a stock line about to run out, a delivery that missed its window. Those checks are cheap to describe and the team feels them the same week. Order handling and customer messages follow, because by then the data moves through one place and the routing has somewhere to route from.

Questions we get asked

Which platforms do you work with?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and the Israeli platforms, plus custom-built stores. What matters is whether the store exposes an API or a database we can read, and almost all of them do.

Will AI-written product pages hurt our SEO?

Generic ones will. We write from your actual product data and in your own tone, one page at a time, and the result gets reviewed before it publishes. Pages that say something specific about the product do fine.

Can the service agent handle Hebrew?

Yes, and it switches language mid-conversation, which real customers do more often than you would expect.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Every conversation is logged and reviewable. You set the boundaries of what it is allowed to promise, and anything outside them goes to a person automatically.
